New ONE System Interface

As of October 1, 2026, Clarity Human Services the software platform that the ONE System runs on, has a new look with a cleaner, more user-friendly design and interface.

While the underlying structure of the ONE System is the same, including your workflows, basic functionalities, and data entry guidelines, we want to make sure you are as supported as possible through this change.

Updated Training Materials

There are new training materials (videos, slides, and tip sheets) now available for Housing, Shelter, and Coordinated Entry. We will be working on updating additional items over the next few months.

As you navigate the site, look for items marked (New!). This will let you know it has been updated for the new interface.
