This fall, Clarity Human Services, the software platform that the ONE System runs on, will have a new look with a sleeker, more modern design and interface. This change is scheduled to launch on October 1, 2026.
One very important thing to know about this change is that the underlying structure of the ONE System will remain the same. You will not need to learn a whole new system. All of your familiar workflows, basic functionalities, and data entry rules will remain the same. However, you will soon be able to access them through a cleaner and more user-friendly front end that is designed to streamline your day-to-day work.

The first one shows the updated home page and what to expect when you first log in to the system. The second one gives an overview of what program enrollments will look like and some of the updated features available.
