The Online Navigation and Entry (ONE) System was launched in June 2017. ONE is the department’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). It is the system of record for all department services including shelters, transitional housing, permanent housing and problem solving. The system is accessed by 2,185 users at 118 agencies and supports over 478 programs. The ONE System allows for increased accountability, improved performance management and a better understanding of the needs of each client served in the Homelessness Response System.
The ONE System is an online database that enables organizations to collect data on the services they provide to people experiencing homelessness and people who are at risk of homelessness.
