Resources for New and Existing Users!

Now that you are familiar with the ONE System, we understand there may be times where you may want to refresh your knowledge of the ONE System, or learn something new! You may even need to update an Access Role. Below you'll find helpful resources and tools to assist you with what you need.

 

Updating an Access Role

If you require a new Access Role, please have your Agency Lead review the following prior to submitting a request:

● Use the ONE System User Training Requirement Matrix to see if additional training requirements are needed for the updated Access Role.

● Confirm the Access Role by reviewing the Summary of Access Roles document. The permissions should align with the current workflow as it pertains to your program.

Next, please contact the Bitfocus Help Desk at onesf@bitfocus.com or (415) 429-4211 to request the update to the Access Role. Don't forget to include the following:

  • Users Name
  • User Email
  • Updated Access Role Information

The Help Desk will reach out if additional information is necessary, and will contact you once the request is complete.

Refresher Training FAQs

 Can I watch this training instead of the General Users Training as part of the steps required for accessing a ONE System end-user account?

Answer: NO. This training is designed as a refresher tool for Clarity Human Services ONE System Users who have already been granted access to the system. To access the Full General Users Training click here.

How frequently do you suggest an agency to utilize this training?

Answer: As much as possible. Many agencies participate in monthly, quarterly or annual refresher trainings to support their continuous data quality improvement process. Given that the training materials are available online, the agency will have unlimited access to training materials and can utilize such at their discretion.

What if I have additional questions that are not covered in the training video or written materials?

Answer: If questions arise that are not covered in the training, customers are always welcome to contact the ONE System Bitfocus Helpdesk. Our friendly support team and system administrators will be delighted to assist you.
