Modification Requests

  • If you require a new access role, complete any required training  (use the ONE System User Training Requirement Matrix to additional training) and connect with your Agency Lead to approve the change and request.

 

Troubleshooting

  • Your username isn't your email! If you're uncertain of what that is, connect with the Community Admin (onesf-admin@bitfocus.com) team to find out.
  • If you haven't used the ONE System in 90 or more days, your account will likely be inactive due to HSH's auto-deactivation policy. Connect with your Agency Lead to submit a request to the Bitfocus help desk (onesf@bitfocus.com) to reactivate your account. If it has been more than year, you will have to retake the Clarity Human Services General Training in addition to the request.
  • Reactivated user accounts must be logged into before midnight or they will automatically revert back to the deactivated status.
  • Supposed to have access to a function but finding you don't? Connect with your Agency Lead to submit a request to the Bitfocus help desk.
