Starting this Thursday, October 1, 2026, Clarity Human Services, the software platform that the ONE System runs on, will have a new look with a cleaner, more user-friendly design and interface.
While the underlying structure of the ONE System will remain the same, including your workflows, basic functionalities, and data entry guidelines, we want to make sure you are as supported as possible through this change.
There are new training materials (videos, slides, and tip sheets) now available for Housing, Shelter, and Coordinated Entry. We will be working on updating additional items over the next few months.
As you navigate the site, look for items marked (New!). This will let you know it has been updated for the new interface.

Below is a schedule of daily office hours so that you can get real-time help if you need it for the first few weeks. There are live demos on Thursday, October 1st, and Tuesday, October 6th.
All the office hours and demos will use the same Zoom link. There is no need to pre-register. You can also add any of the sessions below to your calendar using the links provided next to the date and time.
If you need assistance outside of these times, the ONESF Help Desk is your best bet.
